The ActiveOffice AWARD show on March 16th. was a great success. Up to 200 guests listened to the speeches of Wolfgang Branoner (Berlins retired secretary of commerce) and of the initiators of the Award. Carolina Welter and Dominic Carlberg from Eurocres hosted the event and presented the Top Nine Products of 2016, which have an positive impact on the users health at the workplace.
An excited audience participated the revelation of the products and the presentation by the manufacturers. The winners were happy and the guests enjoyed to try out 2016's Top Nine.
We do not move enough – and in the office environment we often move even less. A lot of civilisation diseases are due to prolonged inactivity.
Therefore workplaces have to change! Processes supporting the way we work, inspiring environments and, of course, furniture have to change!
The ActiveOfficeAward “Health” aims to to support the industry to develop new and health promoting furniture and wants to inform users about the latest trends. In the course of the 2016 ORGATEC more than 600 exhibiting furniture companies were invited to apply for the ActiveOfficeAward.
